Spreading Methods:
* One-way spreading: the fabric each layer will be cut by the auto cutter knife when one-way spreading. Comparing with manual spreading, the working efficiency and fabric utilization have been improved a lot.
* Face to face Zigzag spreading: need movable catcher and fixed catcher. No need auto cutter knife.

· Mechanical cutter
  This type of cutter replaces the electric one and it eliminates all the problems deriving from it (motor
  carbons consumption - breakage of busduct etc...). When the cutting system works, the cutter
  unit moves together with a blade diameter Ø 120, speed 4000 Rpm. The movement of this blade
  is possible thanks to an interaction mechanism among the cutter unit's gears which are in contact
  with the drive belt.

· Mechanical fabric clamp used to lock the fabric which can be slided and blocked in different
spots of the spreading table
· All electrical functions of the spreader are controlled by a PLC

· SEMIAUTOMATIC FEEDER
  This appliance is used to facilitate the fabric feed and recovery. It is recommandable for those
  working on the front and reverse of the fabric.
· LOADING PLATFORM AT THE EDGE OF THE MACHINE
  This optional ftting can be installed both on the standard model and on JUNIOR/E model to
  facilitate the loading and unloading of the fabric roll from the spreader. Capacity Kg 70. Max. roll
  diameter Ø 500 mm.
